Welcome to WNY Ambassador Krzysztof Szczerski, Poland’s Ambassador to the United Nations presenting at the downtown Buffalo & Erie County Public Library on Friday September 1, 2023. Ambassador Szczerski will discuss the topic: The Barometer of Freedom. The role of Poland and Central Europe in geopolitics. After the presentation, the Ambassador will accept questions from the audience. This is a free event organized by The General Pulaski Association, Inc. in cooperation with Erie County, Buffalo & Erie County Public Library, Daemen University, WNY Chapter of the Kosciuszko Foundation, and the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America.
Doors will open at 6:15 p.m. Enter the downtown Central Library at the fully assessable Clinton Street entrance located between Washington and Ellicott Streets. Note, Buffalo’s metered street parking around the library is free in the evening. (Please follow signage and do not park or block designated “no parking” spaces.) The Ambassador will begin his presentation at 7PM. Due to security and seating accommodations, all guests attending must RSVP. This is a free event open to the community.
