An Evening with the Award-Winning Author and Historian Clare Mulley
Join us on December 6th at 6.30 pm for an evening with the award-winning author and historian Clare Mulley, as she discusses her book, "Agent Zo: The Untold Story of a Fearless World War II Resistance Fighter."
The book tells the incredible story of Elżbieta Zawacka, a courageous WWII resistance fighter. Known as Agent Zo, she was the only woman to serve as an emissary of the Polish Home Army in London, a member of the elite "Silent Unseen," and a leader in the Warsaw Uprising. Clare Mulley uncovers Zawacka's inspiring legacy and the hidden role of women in the resistance.
Clare Mulley is a historian, public speaker, and regular contributor to BBC, Newsnight, and Channel 5 in Britain. She writes for The Telegraph, Spectator, and History Today, and has appeared on renowned podcasts such as BBC’s History Extra and Dan Snow’s History Hit.
