NEW YORK / CINCINNATI — Marek Skulimowski, President and Executive Director of the Kosciuszko Foundation, recently appeared on WCPO-TV (Channel 9 / ABC) to speak about the Foundation’s extraordinary 100-year legacy of supporting education and promoting Polish culture in the United States.
Founded in 1925, the Kosciuszko Foundation has become a pillar of the Polish-American community, awarding up to $2 million annually in scholarships, fellowships, cultural exchanges, and educational programs — a mission that continues to enrich lives and strengthen Polish-American relations across generations.
“Education and culture have always been at the core of what we do,” said Skulimowski during the interview. “Today, as we celebrate a century of impact, we are also looking toward the future.”
As part of the Centennial Fundraising Campaign, the Foundation is rallying support from Polonia and allies nationwide to double its impact through expanded scholarships, grants, and cultural programming across the U.S.
