SCHOLARSHIP Administered by THE Polish & Slavic Center
Qualifications:
- Applicant must be member P&SC for 1 year
- Applicant must be a full time student enrolled as a sophomore, junior, senior or post-graduate in the fall of 2018; in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a college or university
Application:
- Completion of a P&SC Scholarship application
- Submit a resume, including:
a). A description of your academic and career goals. - Submit a description of your personal involvement in the community.
- Official Transcripts.
- Two Letters of Reference;
- College/university Letter of Acceptance;
- Proof of Polish Ancestry;
- Passport-size photo;
- $35 non-refundable application fee.
