The signing of James Rodriguez for Bayern Munich from Real Madrid could represent another one of the Bavarian club’s monumental transfers in the last decade. The Colombian was left out of Zinedine Zidane’s plans at Madrid, having no room against the ever improving Isco and Marco Asensio. The 2014 World Cup star thus decided to ply his trade in Germany with Carlo Ancelotti from Bayern Munich.

James left the club with quite incredible stats, with 87 goals and 102 assists in 304 games throughout his entire career. This is despite having not played a normal amount of games for Madrid in the latter half of his career in La Liga.
