Syracuse Polish Fest 2016 raises $12,500 for scholarships

It was our 62nd Year Celebration of the Festival. Party under the sky!

Scholarships

The Polish Scholarship Fund, Inc. was established to give financial assistance to students of Polish descent. The PSF has awarded more than $340,000 in scholarships and has helped about four hundred students. The scholarship can be used at any accredited college, university, or trade school.

There are so many behind the scenes to thank for this year’s festival success.

To all volunteers and vendors who were part of the success of the Polish Festival this year: big great huge thank you! Without you, nothing would happen – the best team ever! All of you are very important and appreciated by the PSF board of directors. Thank you also to Ania Bas-Masio for her generous gift to Miss Polonia, to Gerald Wysocki, Charlie Hollis, Syracuse Polish Home, Utica Community Club, and especially to Consulate General RP in New York, and Congressman John Katko and Senator John DeFrancisco for their support.
