Sashing Ceremony of a New Grand Marshal of Pulaski Parade, Dr. Donna Koch-Kapturski

On January 21 at the Consulate RP in New York, over 150 guests attended a Sashing ceremony of a new Grand Marshal of Pulaski Parade 2016.
The guests were greeted by the Consul General Urszula Gacek.
Current Marshal Artur Dybanowski handed his insignia to a new Grand Marshal, Dr. Donna Koch-Kapturski. The event was hosted by the General Pulaski Memorial Parade Committee, with President Richard D. Zawisny and Exec. Vice President Peter C. Eagler.
Among honorable guests were senator Raymond Lesniak, Rita Cosby, Curtis Sliwa and several former Grand Marshals. After official part and a short concert, guest enjoyed Polish food and performance of Górale folk dance group.
