Alert from PSFCU - Unauthorized Access to Target Payment Card Data

Please be informed that PSFCU is closely monitoring the credit and debit card data breach incident at Target, and is taking all necessary steps to minimize risk and protect Members accounts.

As reported by Target, the breach affects Card Holders who used their card at their locations between November 27 and December 15, 2013.

We are currently contacting all Members whose cards were identified as part of the breach to reissue new cards. In the meantime, please continue using your existing card with full confidence knowing that your card is 100% protected from fraudulent activities.

Members, who have PSFCU Visa Credit Card and have identified potential fraudulent activities, should contact PSFCU Members Services Center at (855) 773-2848 (during business hours) or Credit Card Customer Service at (800) 382-3821 (available 24/7).

Members who have a PSFCU Visa Debit Card can receive a replacement card at any branch immediately. All Debit Cards that are identified as part of the breach are subject to temporary transaction limits: $500 for ATM transactions and $300 for purchases.

If you experience any issues using your card, please contact any of the numbers provided above. Please always review your account statement sand report any suspicious activities immediately.
