This sector grows at the constant rate of 20% per year in the last 7 years.  The workforce consists of: young (average age - 29), well educated (93% Masters degrees), multilingual (average employee speaks  2.4 languages ), diverse (65% women) group of individuals that offer tremendous talent pool to their employers.

 
In addition, "Because of global issues, zloty, the Polish currency, has become weaker - which, to a foreign investor investing in dollars and euros, means it is actually cheaper" - discloses Jacek Levernes, the VP of HP\'s Global Business Services in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
