Most of us are familiar with recent developments in Ukraine: on pretenses of protecting ethnical Russians in Southern and Eastern Ukraine, Putin sent Russian military in Crimea violating Ukraine’s territorial integrity and international agreements. So far, he shows no willingness to leave. Putin’s threat is real! We don\'t want a war to break out! The Ukrainians want peace, respect to sovereignty and unity of their country and right to making their own political decisions!

We invite you to join us in our protest to support peace, freedom and democracy in Ukraine, to raise our voice against Putin’s aggression and to increase awareness of Ukrainian events.

This will be a peaceful protest in solidarity of European and American nations to express support for Ukraine, to condemn presence of Russian troops in Crimea, and to call on the international community to pressure Putin to remove troops from Ukraine.

We will gather at Colorado State Capitol on Sunday, March 9 at 11 am. At 1:00 pm we will proceed to the Honorary Consulate General of Russia in Colorado at 1560 Pennsylvania St, Denver, CO 80203.

Bring posters, blue/yellow colors, flags of any nation and your smile. We are working on a couple of posters that we can share with you. Most importantly, we need your presence.
