- Did your last cancer screening took place at least 12 months ago?
If YES – take advantage of our free screening!
Saturday, March 23, 2013, from 10AM to 3PM at the PSFCU Maspeth Branch:
66-14 Grand Avenue, Maspeth, NY 11378
The following exams are offered:
- Mammogram - for women aged 40-64
- Colorectal cancer screening kits - available to individuals aged 50 and above. (Kits will have to be mailed to the address provided)
- Cervical cancer screening - referral to participating Ob/Gyn physicians
To participate in the screening: you need to register at any branch in NY or by calling Member Services Center at 1.855.PSFCU.4U (1-855-773-2848). Kid’s corner will also be provided for your convenience.
Attendance is limited, registration on a first-come, first-served basis.
