Feb 4-27: Exhibition About Poles Saving the Jews in WWII, at the University of Washington, Seattle.
The UW Polish Studies Endowment Committee presents the exhibition: They Risked Their Lives: Poles Who Saved Jews During Holocaust. The stories of the rescuers and survivors are told through a historical narrative and archival photos in a context of Polish-Jewish relations. This event is supported by the Consulate General of Poland in Los Angeles and by the American Jewish Committee of Seattle.
Official opening of the exhibition with the participation of Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Los Angeles will be held on February 15th.
Where: the North Lobby at the Allen Library on the UW campus in Seattle, during library hours.
